Thanksgiving Mass, Graduation and Moving Up Day:

Attire for all:
- Girls: Dress (no sleeveless & no dress/skirt above the knee)
Footwear: closed shoes - Boys: White or any light-colored long sleeves, dark pants
Footwear: leather shoes
- Parents: Sunday’s Best (No denims, please.)

- Batch 1: Kinder, Prep, Grade 1 & 2
Time: 8:30 A.M. – 11:30 A.M.
- Batch 2: Grade 3, 4, 5 & 6
Time: 10:30 A.M. – 01:30 P.M.
IMPORTANT: Please have your child/ren take heavy meal because break time is short. However, you can still bring water and biscuits.
e. We shall have only one (1) official and exclusive photographer during the Moving Up and Graduation Day Rites to maintain the order and solemnity of the occasion, especially as it will be held at the chapel. Fees to be announced.
F. Rehearsal Days for Prep, Grade 6, and Music and Dance participants
- Dates: March 28 (Monday) & 30 (Wednesday), 2011
- Place: Layforce Chapel
- Time: Batch 1 9:00 -10:15 am

- On Wednesday, togas will be distributed. Please bring P500 rental fee which is refundable.
Family Outing organized by some CFA parents invites those who wish to join:
- Venue: West Nuk Beach Resort, Bagac, Bataan (overnight accommodation)
- Date: April 4 (Mon) and 5 (Tues), 2011.
Families should meet at 6:30 am in Petron, NLEX (North Luzon Expressway). Travel time 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Direction: By car(rough, steep zigzag roads), take NLEX first , then go straight to SCTEX going to Dinalupihan, Bataan exit

- Van may be available for rent depending on the need for it. Fees apply.

- Food good for your family with a little extra to share for 2 days (may be cooked or pre cooked but doesn’t easily spoil) so you can spend a lot of time swimming and relaxing
- Plenty of bottled water for your family
- For first day, bring cooked rice for lunch
- Uncooked rice for dinner and lunch the next day
- Thermos for hot water, coffee, milk, sugar
- Plastic plates (not disposable please)
- Fork ,spoon, knife, non- breakable cups
- Hotdog and marshmallow and stick for bonfire activity for your kids
- Please coordinate with another family who has a bigger rice cooker
- Clothes for 2 days, Swimming clothes
*There’s a cooking stove and grilling area in the resort

RESERVATIONS for School Year 2011-2012.

Dear CFA Parents,
With the school-year coming to a close, we want to place our orders early to avoid waiting for delayed delivery of textbooks and have them all ready by enrolment. To be able to do this, we need to know the number students who will be returning next school year.
We will be requiring a reservation fee of Php 2,000.00 per student which is non-refundable but will be deducted from your child’s textbook fees upon enrolment. Deadline for payment of reservation fee is on March 11, 2011. You can either pay at the CFA office or deposit the fee to CFA's bank account (BDO S/A 3970026525 ERS Catholic Filipino Academy - please fax or scan and email the deposit slip to the CFA email address). Those with outstanding accounts should settle them before paying the reservation fee.
